Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs Coordinate and manage client files throughout the claim lifecycle Liaise with clients, insurers, medical providers, and third parties Assist with discovery, evidence collation, and hearing preparation Maintain accurate records and data entry in our legal management systems About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role in a personal injury practice Strong understanding of PI processes, legal documentation, and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with vulnerable clients High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities A collaborative and proactive team player with a positive attitude Why Join Us?
